For the past ten years I have worked in the public, private and voluntary sectors which provides me with a rounded insight into the ways in which these sectors interact, but also some of the specific challenges that organisations face.  To this end, I have a comprehensive understanding of the commissioning cycle, a depth of experience in securing funding for voluntary organisations and a range of experience of developing commercial services in the area of training and consultancy.    Inclusive Solutions was established in 2010, to support voluntary organisations develop.  Whether it is becoming ready to tender for public sector contracts, support to access grant funding, generating publicity or establishing a sustainable infrastructure for the organisation.    My drive comes from the belief that the voluntary sector is uniquely positioned to provide services that impact upon people, place customers at their heart and often deliver with efficiency and effectiveness that cannot be rivalled.    Furthermore the coalition's concept of Big Society can only be realised through full and committed engagement with the voluntary and community sector.    There are a number of ways that I can work with you to help you realise your goals, please contact me if you have any questions or would like to discuss an issue or piece of work.
